Licenses

Universities, Colleges, Corporations

Colleges, Universities, Corporations and Government Agencies must pay "University & College" price listed under each film title.

High Schools, Public Libraries, Government Agencies and Community Organizations

High schools, public libraries, Government Agencies community organizations (such as church groups and civic organizations) receive up to a 75% discount per title. The discounted price is listed under each film title.

Home Video

Home video purchasers may use the videos only within the home, for screening among friends and family. The price is listed under each film title that has a home-video license available.

Rights Included with the Purchase

• All videos are leased for the life of the disk.
• Public Performance rights are included with "University & College" license purchases. However, admissions cannot be charged.
• A license for digital delivery closed-circuit use (within a single campus) is NOT included with institutional purchases (unless otherwise stated), but can be purchased for an additional license cost.
• Purchase does not include nor imply the right to transmit videos by analog or digital means by broadcast, open-cable, direct broadcast satellite, Internet or other means nor to any off-campus or distance-learning site.

Educational Steaming (Closed-Circuit)

Collective Eye Inc. provides an additional educational streaming license for select titles in our catalog. Our educational streaming licenses are leased for a one-year period. We ask that you are able to host the education streaming title on a password protected academic institution website. For additional information regarding educational streaming, please email distribution at collectiveeye.org for specific title information.

Policy

Replacement DVD

In the case that your disk becomes lost or stolen, Collective Eye Inc. will gladly replace your copy for a processing and shipping fee of $25.00 per film, as long as we are still contractually able to distribute the film selection.

Guarantee

Any damaged or defective video will be replaced at no charge for up to 60 days from date of sale.

Rental

Some of our films are available for short-term rental. Please email distribution at collectiveeye.org for information.

Purchase Order

We accept purchase orders and offer Net 45 terms. You may use our order form or contact us with your name, organization name, shipping address, phone number, email address, purchase order number and film names. Wholesale Discount

Colleges, Universities, Corporations must pay the full list price as specified under each film title. When ordering five or more titles in the same order, Collective Eye will apply a 10% discount your total purchase. If you would like to order five or more copies of the same film title, Collective Eye will apply a 20% "whole-sale" discount to the price of each DVD.
