SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

We guarantee the quality and playability of every DVD you purchase from us for 30 days from date of purchase. We also guarantee that your purchase will arrive with its original cover art and case and that the DVD has not been previously viewed. If your purchase arrives damaged or if you find that the disc is unplayable in your DVD player, we will replace it for free or give you a full refund. If you wish to return a DVD, please pack it so that the DVD & case will not be damaged. For questions or clarification on our return policy please call our Portland, Oregon office at 503-232-5345.

Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped (the "Ship Date" on your invoice). We do not pay shipping costs on returns & shipping costs are not refundable. International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if order is refused.

Please allow 2 to 5 days to process and ship you a replacement DVD. We will notify you by email after your return is processed.

Shipping

We will ship your DVD within 48 hours of the receipt of your paid order received by 3pm PST.

Orders are shipped by FedEx Ground. Orders to US Post Office Boxes will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Rush orders are subject to the rates of FedEx and the USPS.
