His following film \"Love Will Tear Us Apart\" was invited to the special screening at the Image Forum Film Festival 2006, which is the largest experimental film festival in Japan. After attending Leos Carax's film \"Meld\" (2008) as a production designer assistant, he started working as an assistant director in the commercial film industry.
