We're here to help make paying for your license as easy as possible. Below is some information on different forms of payment, as well as some of our company payment policies.

Paying an Invoice

Paying your invoice cant be done with a credit card, or by check / money order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

You can pay your invoice immediately with a credit card by clicking here.

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders for educational and community screening licenses. Orders are on 'net 45' terms.

To send a purchase order, please contact us with your name, organization name, shipping address, phone number, email address, purchase order number and the film titles you're interested in purchasing.

You may email your order to orders@collectiveeye.org, or fax your order to (503) 296-5515.

 

Our Web Store

You can purchase an educational or home-use license directly from our web store! Visit the film's page directly and add a license to your cart.  

Please note that licenses for screening events (community screenings, student group screenings, etc.) are not available through our webstore. Please contact our screenings team: screenings@collectiveeye.org for more information on screening licenses.

 

International Wire Transfers               

For wire transfers, please directly contact us for our banking information.

All wire fees are paid from the full dollar amount is wired in US Dollars.          

 

Payment Policies

All transactions are in US Dollars only

Any damaged or defective discs will be replaced at no charge for up to 60 days from date of sale. After 60 days, we will gladly replace your copy for a processing and shipping fee of $25.

We do not accept POs for Home-Use Licensed DVDs.
